Here are my opinions:
1.) It's stupid that they give it to xbox users first.
2.) Its a shit game, so why would I purchase these maps. xD Atleast fix the servers if you want me to spend money Treyarch!

Therefore I think as PS3 users we should **** them over, get the .pkg files and get them for free. =D
Let's see how much money they make now.

The thing that really pisses me off with Black ops is the Host migration (I know i'm not the first to say this but...), It always picks me and two minutes after it does, I get kicked for having a terrible connection. The question I never seem to get an answer for is, Why does it pick me if 9/10 times I get kicked? :confused:

I like the .pkg idea. If anyone would like to expand and tell me more about it, I'd appreciate it alot because that would be a good way for the ps3 users to say F*** you to activision. It's not treyarch's fault that mp is for 360 first, it's activision and microsoft's fault so F*** them. Can't wait for the 360 to die and get owned in the next generation just like the original failbox.

Opinions aside,i don't think it matters one iota nor will it change anything about what we think or say regarding xbox users getting the maps first due to Microsoft "paying" Treyarch/Activision for it.This is Microsofts' way of having that 1month exclusivity over Sony when it comes to COD map packs and to hopefully attract more "potential" gamers to buy the xbox..think of it as a marketing tool for Microsoft..


I was in the same boat as a lot of people when it came to BO..lag,host migration,lost connection due to.. wtf?,ps3 freezing..that was over a month ago when i played multiplayer..after the lastest patch,things have changed dramatically, for me anyways..i feel for those that are still having these said issues..
Now,BO is actually playable and enjoyable..can't believe i'm actually saying this as i've cursed this game from the very day it launched.it's actually not half bad..my hit detection went from (WTF i shot him?) to (about 80-90%) accuracy!
so yeah as u say,it's a shit game..but i think only for those that are having issues,but once they're sorted,BO is not that bad.

As for the new maps,i reckon it's too early to speculate their potential or what not,but give it time and we shall see.

if anyone has a router in their network,try opening these ports for BO:
Port 3074 , 3478-4380 , 27000-27050
cos' they've made a difference to my BO gameplay.

hey treyarch you know what i would love? if instead of worrying about your first map pack release which is of course available to the 360 players who have an almost perfect game. why dont you spend more time trying to fix the ps3 problems? stop waiting and just F*CKING do it! your updates/patches/hotfixes arent doing anything to help us out. in fact, a lot of people are saying its actually making the game WORSE! nice one FAILARCH! do you really think the PS3 community is going to buy your maps for a fail game? watch you guys barley make any money cause no Ps3 players will be buying.

This whole exclusive deal is a ****ing fail on M$ fault. Call of Duty is going to die within the next 2 games, guaranteed. Everybody with a PS3, get Uncharted 3 instead of the next CoD. A good story AND multiplayer.

I know exactly how u feel mate!..i had it so bad with the game before(short of going to Treyarch building and blowing the shit up!,lol).
but what makes ya wonder is that some of these so called "patches"
they release fixes "some" players issues and not others?..WTF?:confused::whistle:
as i was saying in my previous post,this latest patch has somehow fixed my issues(like many others)..
so yeah,hopefully they(Treyarch) will have this game patched up and running smooth for everyone involved.

same. i would pay just for the 1 zombie map because judging on the mw2 map packs(which i deleted) these are going to suck

1) when the map pack comes out im sure it will fix the lag on ps3 and yes i play it on ps3
2) the maps look great and im buying them for mp and zombies
3) i game share with 3 ppl so they will not make as much money on us
