Your quite wrong there, The PS3 is wide open all we have without Jtags on 360 is Piracy. The PS3 is able to run unsigned codes. It is well known the best hackers use Linux which is where Sony went wrong by implementing another OS and then removing it when a hacker AKA Geohot found an exploit while trying to gain access to the systems GPU.

Geohot's CFW can not run unsigned code.
Only CFW that can run unsigned code for 3.55 right now is Kmaew's (his can run both)
