Well i was roaming the topics of old posts on W@W for gits and shiggles and i came across ClutchLikeMelo's post on How to make modded lobbies on MP and Zombies.

1. Get a patch. I provided Nacht Der Untoten, Verrückt, Shi No Numa, & Der Riese thanks to Karoolus
2. Open up FTP Sever on your ps3.
3. Go on Filezilla on your computer.
4. On FileZilla, click "File -> Site Manager -> New Site"
Look at the IP Address on your PS3; this will be the "Host" for FileZilla
On FileZilla, the port you will use is 21
The username you will use is FTPD12345
The password you will use is blank (no password)
Go to edit then Settings then Transfers
Set the Maxixum Simaultaneous Downloads to 1
Click connect and you should be connected directly to your PS3's HDD.
Navigate to "hdd0/game/BLUS30192/USRDIR/english" and look for patch_ff
Drag and drop the modded patch from your PC to the patch_ff on Filezilla and OVERWRITE it.
If you want to use the map pack zombies overwrite these:
Shi No Numa (nazi_zombie_sumpf_patch.ff) goes in 'hdd0/game/*DISC ID*/usrdir/english/dlcmappack2/english/nazi_zombie_sumpf_patch.ff'
Der Riese (nazi_zombie_factory_patch.ff) goes in 'hdd0/game/*DISC ID*/usrdir/english/dlcmappack3/english/nazi_zombie_factory_patch.ff'
Maybe a possibility to copy the patch.ff file of the DLC from someone who has it activated and upload for a test.
Seems you can go to your usrdir/english/(test dlc folders) ?

i think this is a very good theory
but i think you need more than this file i think you need (for der riese)
zombie_cod5_factory_load.bik
and
zombie_cod5_factory.ff
and
zombie_cod5_factory_load.ff
i have new theory from your theory i will test my theory next week and i think it will worl (i hope)
btw there is no folder called (dlcmappack3) in black ops thats folder was on waw game not black ops

i tried it,i have everything in right folders etc,only thing i need is activate it,it won't work other way,unfortunatelly
as far as i know,it activates with .act or .edat file which i think is different from user to user,maybe if somebody decrypted activation file,and edited it for his account it might worked
btw dlc folder in usbdir is called "dlc1" i think
