I also heard that PhD flopper is basically a safety perk, what its suppposed to do is allow you to get back up with your perks and the only perk you lose after going down is PhD floppper, i think it said it was 4500 points.
and for anyone who doesnt already know, it will be set in a abandoned soviet cosmodrome, there are space monkeys who steal your perks, and there are two new weapons, the gersche device (sumin like that) aka black hole gun and the matryoshka dolls, i think they are the russian dolls that split into mor dolls and are normally made of porcelain, these are probably secondary grenades but no news on what they do

They wouldn't change the names of perks that already exist...

the problem is it hasnt actually been confirmed, mate spotted it on an ign forum, good place to check for game news aswell
