Here's how to prestige in CT: Simply start an xbox live party, when in the CT lobby press Y then go over to xbox live party, click on yourself and hit Prestige. Simple as that, have fun! Winky Winky

Huh? It's not patched. I did it yesterday went from 7th prestige to 15th in CT (Xbox of course). Maybe you guys are doing it wrong.

Your doing something wrong. It is not patched and it does work, try again.
