Any way of connecting to servers while BYPASSED?

Even if I get reset, I don't care, I just need to be able to connect to servers.

You might be banned now man.. those dvars and alot of others give insta-ban on XBOX and while your banned it either says servers arent available or 'Connecting....'

Yes of course. all your doing is disabling the patch temporarily but the servers are still up. the only problem is u can only play with people who have bypassed the patch as well. i hope that helps.
