I got an entire match without pack-a-punching any gun, not that hard, it's just takes more time. Ended on round 37 (solo)

Me n My friend got to around 39 without PaP anything, then we PaP the MP40 cuz the zombies started to take more than a full round to the head to die.

heres a tip u dont even really need the box til after 20 use a gun off the wall and rack up points while they're easy to kill.only noobs hit the box like junkies zombies are easy to kill before 20 dont waste ur money paping weapons . i only pap the lmgs wonder weapons and raygun when i need ammo.take it from a guy who has been over 40 on every map without glitches

I actually dont like to PAP until the guns are useless and the rounds take too long. That way i get to stack points for when i get down or later rounds when things get crazy and i might have to upgrade randomly. but i usually dont like to upgrade a gun until around 38-42. and that is usually the m16(my favorite)
Many say that its not worth it but honestly. its 4500 for a max reload and if i run stage or whatever i can usually get around 8000 before i need to reload. and it comes with 9 grenades in a grenade-launcher(easy to make crawler for the end) i try and make the thundergun last as long as possible without upgrade. usually around high-30s-low-40s. i usually tend to stack up around 150k points before i upgrade.

PS= I absolutely hate noob players that go straight for PAPing wen power is on because its a waste of points due to the max ammos and such u get with dogs and drops. REMEMBER the PAP a weapon gives it max ammo wen its empty. full reload. Be smart.

To answer ur question, i believe what i remember was 41 was my highest without and upgrade.
