You can't convert it to PS3. It is easier to make put the new code into a PS3 patch. On Black Ops PS3 and XBOX patches are very different.

For those who don't know what an .xex is: .xex is an executable file for xbox which aren't encrypted *COUGH MICROSOFT*...You could simply ctrl+f and edit some dvars. E.g speed then edit the values or jump then edit the values etc. Then put the modified .xex back on the xbox with xex loader
