If u read the replies in the post you'll see it works for BLES01031, ihatecompvir said himself it should work on any region... And it does...

Alli did was just replace the t5_ps3f.self with one from zombie mods and the eboots work like a charm

Try copying over TTT_ Dutch's or any t5_ps3f.self from modded zombies and it should work.
