1. Legit is fine
2. Anyone using a modded eboot(EVER, I understand once you delete it or replace its not there) esp the one thats being shared with this hack will be banned in a matter of time. How long is the ban? IDK , will the stats be reset to the account it was done on im about 85% sure it will. Hope no one did there main account.
3. I would advise to wait till another hack comes out

damn they banned my whole console. now when they ban a console i take it it bans the console id# and not the ip address? and if so are all the names on the account banned?

Is this even Legal to keep us out from Multiplayer with other legit account´s as well??

I couldnt test it because iam still at work but every friend messages me on my phone that all accounts are banned

ok i did the hack on two different accounts, one has the A,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,H(banned), but i played on that one, so i just logged into the other one(never been played on after the hack), and it is totally fine, well now i'm just gonna wait it out and hopefully when treyarch is done peeking around i can log on and not get banned

I don't think that's a safe strategy right now. I would only play on legit accounts until we know all the effects of the new 3.56 firmware. You don't want your entire console banned from PSN.

I think what they are doing is somehow violating an American's rights. Unfortunately, I am not too familiar with the rights of you out of country fellows. (my lawyer is contacting his attorney friend in London, I just HAD to ask about this :p)

IMO this whole Video Game thing is gettin to Serious..its just a video game we dont harm anyone and we have no chance to defend us they just ip ban our consoles from a game what we buy´d for Multiplayer...Its ok when they Ban our Hacked Accounts i understand it but our Legit Accounts got banned?For what?Even a Murder gets a Chance to defend his Motives (ok not really a good comparable but i guess most of you know what i mean)
