So I was searching around in FTP server and If you notice if you go to

PS3:/dev_hdd0/game


You can see all the games you have installed.



and the map pack had to be in there somehow. Because thats where EVERY Game installed go's.

and If we do the installation of the game stuff while we are OFFLINE (Not connected to internet) They wont be able to tell if it is activated because we are not connected to internet.

and Lets say it has a psn already in the black ops map pack , so we cant use it.

There may be a file in there with the stored activation keys/psn thaT We can edit...


EDIT!:

Hove on to
/dev_hdd0/home/00000005/exdata

on the FTP server and you will see the names of the games you HAVE bought from psn.

Im almost 100% they are the activation keys.

Mine has 4 of them ( I bought 4 games)
and all end in .RIF
so IM pretty sure those are the keys

Like i said. No. But im downloading the Map pack now and going to test if my theory works.. If it does(doubt it) then that would be good and Ill make a tutorial just for ngu. if it doesnt then mods will close this

NPUB blah blah blah



then If we hover on to the user you installed it from

from ftp

you go to


/dev_hdd0/home/00000000/exdata


00000000 Being the user you installed it from (Varies from how many users you have on your ps3)

You can see some activation keys
the EDAT you just mentioned is also there except mine is called

BMANLISCENCEGAME1.EDAT because its bomberman activation.

wow your so impatient. 22 minutes is alittle for a 1 gigabyte file. Its the whole pkg from the waw maps.

The secret relys in the exdata folder. I need to get that from someone that already has the map pack installed on there ps3. once i do that im pretty sure im set to go.
