Definitely should have kept it like that. They only get you like 1 or 2 kills unless you get lucky, it's kinda underpowered for a 7 killstreak when you could just use an attack heli and get a bunch of kills.

Not really. A bit high, yes. But do you want to have an EMP in every match you played? Guess so.

Also yes the Valkyrie was planned to be a 5 killstreak but it was bumped up. It can take out Choppers with one rocket.

I don't understand your question... If you're asking did I want an EMP in every match, not really. When I got the in MW2 in a Care Package back when I used those, I'd wait til someone got an AC-130 or Chopper Gunner to call it in. I wouldn't use the EMP regardless of what KS it was.

If you mean Valkyrie or Mortar I wouldn't want them either because Mortar Team gets you a double kill on a good day and Valkyrie can get you 2-3 kills but so could a Attack Helictopter, Blackbird. So honestly Napalm at 5 is better than Mortar at 6.
