Look in the eboot.elf I posted on page 3. RPAD is one of the bindable buttons whereas APAD isn't.

Oh idk, I figured it would be DPAD since all the other ps3 cods used bind_dpad

i remember back when i use to mod psp and shit there was a eboot dercypter for the eboots that were pal or something else to change region maybe thats what he used?
