Also, I'm playing on solo right now searching for the many things I find as a clue, and although my score color is white, I am Dr. Richtoffen? Weird.

Here we go. I will try to piece this together at the end, for now, just going to show all of them.

Next to the picture of the silhouette in the room to the right of the lobby, there is another picture of a silhouette on the ground, could there be a sixth person? I'm thinking that the 2 silhouette's might represent Marx and Samantha. The silhouette picture on the wall has the name "Wendel" on the bottom right, but so does the one on the ground, I'm thinking that the picture itself is a clue, and the second one is not circumstantial. Further examination revealed all of the pictures having "Wendel" written on them.

Whenever Richtoffen opens the box and the teddybear comes out, Richtoffen says "Samantha, didn't I teach you a lesson about this?"

Okay, in the Dressing Room, on the wall is written Samantha Emilia Abigail in the same substance "Beware the 6" was written in inside of the lobby. There is also a heart and the letters "JD".

In the Theatre up on stage, above the power switch are the words "Knowledge ITSELF is for the taking." Also in the same substance as the rest of the words.

If you listen to a zombie closely, it will say "SAM!"

Another reason you know Sam is behind it all is after you kill all of the dogs, Richtoffen will exclaim "A gift from Sam? But why?!" when you pick up the max ammo.

There is a clock in the teleporter room above the pack-a-punch machine, and rather than going forward, the clock is ticking backwards, like 8, 7, 6, etc.. I wonder if this shows how long you are able to be in the teleporter.
Okay yeah, the clock count backwards from 6 to 12, when the hand hit's 12 you're out of there.

Also, sometimes you will teleport into this office looking room, I am guessing that this is how the Zombies were teleported to the pentagon. This room has the presidential seal on it, so it would make sense.

"Durchhalten manner wir machen sie fertig mean."
Translated as:
"Perseverance manner, we hold them to get ready."

"Ja, Ja, Sicher."
Translated as:
"Yes, yes, secure."

When you are teleporting, you can sometimes see the word "Hell" other times you will see faces, I'm not necessarily recognizing the faces, maybe they are the faces from the silhouette pictures in the room to the right of the lobby?

On the picture of the zombie to the left facing outward, near the head it has some words..
"das herausstellt kommt denn zum llach zur jaz
die horde geren nacht der menoschen
genern das ischen" Is what I got out of it, here is what I got translated:
"which turns out is because on Llach to jaz
genern that's
Geren night the horde of menoschen" (This was on the picture of the dog)

After doing all of this looking, the crawler finally died, but rather than the round ending, another zombie came out? Thing is charging after me.

In the room under the stairs and to the left, on the wall is written something along the lines of "Brimestone to Damnation"

That's all I have really found, if anyone thinks that they can elaborate on any of this, go for it!

the second zombie was there the whole time probably, you just never saw him.

No, this was made so that you couldn't just sit there forever.
The crawler is killed when the zombie comes out, I saw it happen in front of me. The zombie comes out and runs and tries to kill you, he dies on his own quickly though.
