I'd be stoked if this weapon was back in the game...I placed a higher value on it than ANY of the other conventional weapons.

The PPSH upgraded to "The Reaper", and it was phenomenal as a point-getter. When you were running and gunning, the PPSH did better than any other gun in headshots because of its low recoil and high fire rate. It would mow down a line of zombies with no problems on Round 30. It was also, without a doubt, THE BEST conventional weapon to use on dog rounds.
