The guide by that guy on the proper link is fantastic to not get console banned but if you didn't do it or you if you were already console banned on Black Ops you have 2 solutions for the time being.

Solution Number 1: Buy a new PS3

Solution Number 2: Throw out this piece of shit game that is really aimed at 360 players.

Personally I would go with solution #2 because playing this crappily ported game is just like watching The Matrix without all the effects or without Keanu Reeves. It just doesn't work properly or look good.
