Xbox:

1.Turn on your xbox

2.go to system settings

3.go to memory

4.press select on your hard drive

5.go to games

6.go into black ops

7.press A

8.press delete ( dont worry about loosing your data it will comeback in a update.

9.go onto black ops and decline the update

10.do any glitch including table glitch

11.happy glitching

as far as i know u can do the same sort of thing on ps3 dont dislike because this is just doing it for fun! plus u can do this on any other game which has glitches.
