Do you really think 3arc can ban your console.. They dont have that access so it MUST be an IP ban. They could only could ban console if they collaberated with Sony with isn't likely.

well this might sound a little lame but ummmm what exactly did you do to get console banned? ive got an xbox and the only thing i hear people getting console banned for is for jtags
