You can change it, but you wont get unbanned. Its your PS3 ID thats banned, it has nothing to do with the IP.

They don't ban by your IP, it's a console ban.

Wait a minute if its your ps3 id which has been banned. Then wasn't there that piece of homebrew, PSID Changer which could change your ps3 ID ? Just a theory no flaming Smile

call Activision and ask them to unban you. unjailbreak ur ps3 and come up with a good story. if you get unbanned post on this thread. heres is their number

They most likely didn't give you an IP ban. It was probably some sort of console/PS3 ban. The chances of you getting that account back are slim to none unless you can somehow hack your way back.

And if you want an answer it's not coming from me because I really have no idea :/ sorry
