I have a question, Will the new ps3's be safe from getting banned?

I will be having the same external IP cause I will play on the same connection.

Also I plan to play on my old account (legit 3rd prestige) which is present on both the banned ps3's though, will it be safe , i dont want my new ps3's to get pwned again =x

Yea I got on black ops on my legit account and it said I was console banned, but after a little bit I was able to go back online...

You should be safe, just don't hack.

I guess it will be safe then , but can anyone whose bought a new ps3 already and playing his old legit account on it confirm it for me please? Cause I live in India and we don't get replacements here, so if i end up buying a new one and gettin banned on that too im totally screwed T_T

Yeah cause thats the only game I play on ps3
and its not that my old ps3 wont sell its still under warranty so i can get 80% of the new ps3's amount from selling it.
