Here is the homebrew young that allows to delete all the tracks of your games, as well as the archives which are to compress...
ATTENTION THIS HOMEBREW IS ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE CFW OF Kmeaw/! \
Tutorial :
1-Place the .pkg on your Key USB ( FAT32 ).
2-Go Install Packages Files.
3-Launch and ENJOY!

This isn't going to work. Black Ops bans your account which is their side meaning you can't change it unless you somehow spoofed yours. No one confirms of it working... Mods please close this.
