so if im on 3.55 right now and i did the prestige hack do i get banned?

yeah you will. it was not sony who banned us and it was not the update to 3.56

because most people were on 3.55 while getting banned

Since you didnt accepted the new TOS from 3.56

definitely yes

from psn?
maybe, but till nobody reasonable mentioned he was banned

Yeah, I used Mossy's patch blocker and used the DNS trick to stay on 3.55 but I was still banned. Console. Permanently. :FU:

No they cant but you can stay on CFW 3.55 if you do the old DNS Settings trick which makes it so you NEVER have to update:rolleyes:
