Im running a 3.55 CFW (Kmeaw), i never hacked black ops or used DNS bypass , If i update to 3.56 OFW will i get banned from black ops anyway?

Its all a matter of time.... I never ran cfw or presented hacked and I for banned so who knows

No you won't its only if you hacked black ops. Although the update does get rid of your cfw. NO BAN THOUGH....
