No you can't get banned from hacking, it's legal as breathing.

Wrong, you can get account ban. so i would just create a new account for the new ps3 and re add all your friends. 3.56 states that jbing ur console and blah blah blah WILL get you ban.

I believe he was asking about the glitch from last year, not using CFW.

If your talking about the combat training glitch & your 15th on combat training I don't think they'll ban you because the combat training isn't online. I mean don't get me wrong they can ban you but I 100% doubt they would ban you for the combat training because it's been out since before 2011 & it's been about more than 2 months out with the combat training glitch. It's patched btw lol everyone knows that :p

Well basically if you did the eboot prestige hack then yes you will get banned. If you did the combat training prestige glitch then you are safe.
