2.they need to make it clear that hackin is unacceptable, and explain consequences, before u are allowed to the play online menu
3. No T&Cs = NO BAN

Sorry to say but common sense could tell you that hacking is against any law, accept the consequences that you have been wrong and you've been banned because you hacked.

Also Sony had a T&C and BO also had their T&C but it's on the forums.

Your wrong their representatives said specifically if the players start hacking and/or boosting there will be consequences & honestly think about it hacking is illegal so you have nothing against then. Just accept the consequences & hope they unban you.

i see where your coming from, but my point is, they have no recorded contract that can result in a ban ie i didnt accept any T&Cs regarding black ops, modifieing accounts, or anything else

Well your hacking & since they was banning people for boosting & there's a report system so it's common sence they'll ban you anyways.

Well have you not heard of something called a "policy". It says there any exploits or hacks will cause you to get banned. My point is you been warn since the day you first opened black ops.Claps
