i have done this and they will check your console and account and they will tell you everything is fine on there end you need to call treyarch

guys this WONT WORK..
I called Sony.... they asked me the same information my EMAIL AND NAME ECT ECT
They told me they cant do anything since its CONSOL BANNED from Gayarc, They told me that That my PSN account was fine on their end.
They told me too contact gayarc for them to be able to do something..
SONY HAS NOTHING TO DO FOR BEING CONSOL BANNED FROM BLK OPS
