At the top choose where your Eboot.bin is located.
under that choose where you want your eboot.elf to be saved.
Click build.
You now have a decrypted eboot.elf

open PKG toolkit again
look in the middle called "build Self"
open where your modded eboot.elf is
open where you want your modded eboot.self to be saved
Click Build
you now have your modded EBOOT.Self
righ click it and rename it to
"EBOOT.BIN"
No Quotes

I just edited the BO eboot.bin to allow the ^ character so now in my CTag I can just put

^2HI and it will be RED!
