When you use Napalm/Mortars/Rolling Thunder, The drops go through bulidings, resulting in you magically igniting into flames even though there's no fire around you. This can be put to your advantage. When you have a killstreak that drops some sort of bomb/fire, place it over building where either you can see people thanks to a UAV, Or where you know people commonly camp.

Same here, I usually put them wherever I think most people tend to move with a recon plane, But if I know i'm playing against campers I just blow up the building.

Well, it's not all of the buildings. Isn't only the ones with cracks in the roof?

TIP: With Rolling Thunder on Nuketown

DO NOT MOVE THE CURSOR WHEN YOU CALL IT IN. The default placement of the RT will cover most the map and even kill inside the buildings! The few safe spots in this instance would be: near the jeep, middle of the stairwells inside either building, and two tiny corners (one near bomb shelter, one near yellow shed).
