If you are console banned then your legit accounts are fine and you just have to get another ps3 to play black ops.

NO they ban you through your IP Address so when you go online with new PS3 and with new acc (or old acc) that one will automaticaly get banned to.

No, they just banned your Mac Address so if you buy a new ps3 your legit account will still work but Black Ops isn't worth a new ps3.
