It's not patched, I did it after the 1.06 patch (got console banned :/) But, all you need to do is download the 1.05 .pkg update (or any update before 1.06) and use Mossy's patch blocker. It worked perfect for me. I was also doing the DNS glitch to be online with 3.55 for 3.56, not sure if it affected it.

Thanks for the warning that I will get banned again. However, when I said money is not an issue I did not mean that I could buy unlimited PS3's and other stuff.
