I was skimming throught Playstation Term's And ive noticed (Reported) I don't know how i spotted this i just did...
On 3.55 TOS....
Any Modding/hacking a game unlegitament gameplay will resort in a (Report to playstation network) and time due on how this Modding/hacking is produced...
Now i looked through 3.56 TOS alot has changed and now they say any company can ban you..
Time to Talk about Treyarch TOS (O boy i love this bit)
1.When did we agree to them? (Never you didnt its a scam get use to it)
2.Can sony help me out (No sony are backing treyarch up)
3.Can i ever go online again (No cause youv screwed up)
4.What can i do? (If you havnt agreed to the Terms of service on 3.56 and still on 3.55 you have the legal right to file lawsue and treyarch has no backup plan nor has sony cause you never agreed to TOS meaning you win)
Now everyone know the final of sony's act everyone does....
While sony are working on 3.60 sony are rolling out a new thing they call console banning form jailbreaking (Sony has declared war on all hackers and could screw thousands of PS user's up)
My points are proven

again you can't watch someone 24/7 example: when you have a life like me you have to work and socialise... how can you be in 2 places at once? and if you read my first post in this forum you will clearly see that i gave an opinion so collect your evidence before you make an accusation and secondly i was replying to the C**T that decided to be a smart arse D*** Head that decided to get arsey with me for voicing my opinion.... this is getting boring now...... i just read this so thanks for the apology, ignore the end bit of my reply to the other guy... i was still fuming :/ lol but then if drugs are found in a vehicle or house and they are not yours and the owner confesses that the drugs are theirs then they are held accountable... in the UK anyway.... i just think treyarch have taken this wayyyyy to far the 15th prestige hack wasn't used to gain a massive advantage over players and i think they have just been abit harsh, a warning wouls have been suffice
or even just an account permanantly banned, makes alot more sense

You can't be at 2 places at once, true. But I don't know when I said this. Again, if you acknowledge this you should also accept that you can't just give anyone your PS3. It's a risk to the console itself (ie: breaking a controller), your PSN access, and even your money.
Again, I do agree 3ARC/Sony may have gone too far. I agree they are attacking the PS3 side a lot more and more harshly than XBOX. But you must have known this...You should have asked yourself "Ok, I'm doing this hack. I know 3ARC dislikes PS3. I know they prefer XBOX. So, even though this hack isn't a game changer, I may be console banned. Do I accept that?"
Unless I need to make another different point, I'm not posting anymore on this thread. If you cannot comprehend by reading this and my previous post a few times, then it's impossible to make you understand.

I was *obviously* talking about the post I quoted..I mean, I quoted it, so whatever goes after it *should* be a response to the quote, unless stated otherwise or another quote is put...Why you did not understand this is beyond me.
PS: I don't mean any of this to offend you, I'm just trying to get you to see it as a lesson.
