The Land Of The Lost.....
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); As that many of you know of console's our are being banned due to all the hack's going around...

New Site Geohot's 3.55 remake site: You must login or register to view this content.

I was skimming throught Playstation Term's And ive noticed (Reported) I don't know how i spotted this i just did...

On 3.55 TOS....
Any Modding/hacking a game unlegitament gameplay will resort in a (Report to playstation network) and time due on how this Modding/hacking is produced...

Now i looked through 3.56 TOS alot has changed and now they say any company can ban you..

Time to Talk about Treyarch TOS (O boy i love this bit)
1.When did we agree to them? (Never you didnt its a scam get use to it)
2.Can sony help me out (No sony are backing treyarch up)
3.Can i ever go online again (No cause youv screwed up)
4.What can i do? (If you havnt agreed to the Terms of service on 3.56 and still on 3.55 you have the legal right to file lawsue and treyarch has no backup plan nor has sony cause you never agreed to TOS meaning you win)

Now everyone know the final of sony's act everyone does....

While sony are working on 3.60 sony are rolling out a new thing they call console banning form jailbreaking (Sony has declared war on all hackers and could screw thousands of PS user's up)

My points are proven Happy

What about single player hacks? And I highly doubt you'd win even if you sue Treyarch (infact, you won't).

He did not hack BO himself. He doesn't have CFW. He did nothing wrong. Or at least, nothing against Sony's ToS, or Treyarch's ToS.

He would stand a chance.

A chance sure. But I don't know if he'd need to sue them to get that chance. Also legal procedures take a while. So it's not like if he got a lawyer this would be taken care of within the week, month or even a few months. So he still wouldn't be able to play.

And it is a "chance" but a slim one. If someone puts weed in your car, with or without you knowing, if you get caught. YOU are the one that gets in trouble. So I hope that same logic doesn't apply to...Excuse me for laughing. Suing over multiplayer on a videogame

Excuse me for laughing, but you still don't understand; nor will you ever. If you did sue, which I never said he did, Mr. Just-to-Conclusions, his "chance" would be greater than slim.

Now excuse me while I go laugh again.

You can laugh all you want. But you're the one making hypothetical scenarios of how good of a chance someone has suing over this. The amount it would cost to pay a lawyer and the time spent wouldn't be worth it. How am I jumping to conclusions at all? I didn't say they DID sue. I was letting you know IF they sued the chances of winning aren't that good. Especially since Activision is a Million Dollar company and your "friend" is probably worth $200 and a $5 Footlong from Subway...So we were both speaking hypothetically. You gave a hypothetical glimmer of hope. And I made sure to crush that glimmer of hope.

So regardless of hypothetical or not your friend is REALISTICALLY ****ED NOW ISN'T HE Happy

Firstly, it's lose. Winky Winky Not to be rude or anything haha.

Secondly, I really think someone could stand a chance in court against Treyarch. Sure, it is just a game. But it is a game you bought, and you have the complete rights to play. Treyarch has no business what so ever banning you completely, from playing the game. I'm sure there are laws somewhere stating they cannot. Even if it doesn't specifically say "No Banning of the PS3" or whatever they hell it may say.

I am no lawyer, but that is just my opinion.

Again, you don't have "complete" rights to play shit IF YOU HACK AN ACCOUNT. As far as the scenario where you're friend "didn't hack and didn't do anything wrong" he's just ****ed. And sure he may have a chance if he can prove he didn't hack anything, but court cases take a while. So he'd be waiting for months. In that time he could buy another PS3, play another game, or buy a 360.

So it's not worth trying to sue.

I guarantee you that you'd probably loose because before you even pop the game in the ps3 it has all the TOS in the manual that you agree to when you buy the game. You buy a licensed agreement. They don't have to warn you or tell you when you start up the game. So you my friend would be wasting your time filing a lawsuit against Treyarch.

Besides, if you really want to sue over a damn game then suit yourself.

The thing about the world is simple. Hack the game all you want, but leave the online multiplayer alone. Or keep it private like the first J-tag Xbox lobbies. MW2 multiplayer on PS3 is not playable anymore since every lobbie is modded.

^*Opinion.
