The Land Of The Lost.....
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); As that many of you know of console's our are being banned due to all the hack's going around...

New Site Geohot's 3.55 remake site: You must login or register to view this content.

I was skimming throught Playstation Term's And ive noticed (Reported) I don't know how i spotted this i just did...

On 3.55 TOS....
Any Modding/hacking a game unlegitament gameplay will resort in a (Report to playstation network) and time due on how this Modding/hacking is produced...

Now i looked through 3.56 TOS alot has changed and now they say any company can ban you..

Time to Talk about Treyarch TOS (O boy i love this bit)
1.When did we agree to them? (Never you didnt its a scam get use to it)
2.Can sony help me out (No sony are backing treyarch up)
3.Can i ever go online again (No cause youv screwed up)
4.What can i do? (If you havnt agreed to the Terms of service on 3.56 and still on 3.55 you have the legal right to file lawsue and treyarch has no backup plan nor has sony cause you never agreed to TOS meaning you win)

Now everyone know the final of sony's act everyone does....

While sony are working on 3.60 sony are rolling out a new thing they call console banning form jailbreaking (Sony has declared war on all hackers and could screw thousands of PS user's up)

My points are proven Happy

Jesus Christ when will this STOP!

Don't you get it? You own the disk, not the game itself!

Saying you own the game because you bought it is like saying you own PSN because you have a PS3. 3ARC,legally speaking, needs NO REASON to ban you (or your console) from MP. It's their service. As long as they don't make an update that breaks your disk in half, they can do whatever the **** they want. You still got what you payed for; a disk, with some stuff inside it.

Of course, they won't ban anyone/everyone because "they want to". This would lead to no one buying their future games. You must login or register to view this content. because you jumped in the bandwagon, hacked a game, broke the TOS (both the console's and the game's) and got banned. If you would have use logic, you would have found out that you would start crying like a little idiotic materialistic bitch if you got banned, and not done this at all. On the other hand, there are people like me who don't care if they get banned, but try to avoid doing so. Since at least 1/100 of my brain works, I realized "Oh, 3ARC bans glitchers and boosters...OF COURSE THEY WOULD BAN HACKERS!" so I went and hacked MW2, which was a no-risk...I wouldn't get ban most surely, and if I did I wouldn't care.

Lesson of the day kids: If you are going to hack a game, first make sure that either it isn't possible to get banned, or, if it is, that you won't care. If you fail at accepting this, hacking the game is not the best idea. If you do, go ahead and have fun.

PS: Complaining here won't do shit.

They don't want to believe because they are 6 year olds who think they are 1337 because they can follow a tutorial word for word. I think I'm done with NGU for a while, there is too much rage going on in here for it to be considered a forum by my standards anymore. Nothing is discussed, it's more like "Rage rage rage **** treyarch rage rage rage" "Hey guys did you here?" "dumbass itll never happed" "rage rage rage"

GROW THE **** UP

Climbing up the ladder
Windows can't ban my computer if I install applications they don't approve of, or change the security settings in a way most people can't. I don't get why you can brick a console but not a computer. The hacks weren't hurting anyone. There wasn't (much) piracy, you didn't NEED to mod your system, and if someone did a prestige hack or hosted a modded lobby, you could either hack yourself, or play the game legit. If you are jealous of prestige hackers then do it yourself dumbass.

They haven't "bricked" anything, they banned people from playing Black Ops multiplayer. I'm pretty sure if you do something to modify Windows you can get in trouble, it's just harder to get caught(My Windows is bootleg lol).

Also I doubt anyone is "jealous" of Prestige Hackers right now :carling:

My ps3 manual has the same TOS. Stop making excuses it is in there I guarantee you. If you read the damn manual correctly then you'll see it.

Want me to get you a ps3 manual to prove you wrong?

You must login or register to view this content.

OR

You must login or register to view this content.

Read page 14

Now, before you say that it doesn't come with the same manual for the hardened edition, Look at this auction on ebay and the pictures. I believe the only flawed thing about black ops are the users.

You must login or register to view this content.

When you buy the game you are subject to the license agreements anyway. Just because you didn't see them or read them doesn't mean that you still get off the hook. So basically, even if the game didn't come with the manual you are still held accountable for the TOS. Let me give you a more logical example.

Lets say you run a stop light. The Highway Patrol pulls you over and gives you a ticket, and you tell him "I didn't know it was against the law to run a stop light!" either you know it or you don't, they can still give you a ticket.

Basically, any of your arguments with me have become invalid. I thought just a simple link to the official Game manual would do, but I have to waste my time up here to show you and explain this.

again there is a major flaw within this argument... i didnt hack the account that got my ps3 banned, my friend did.... the same argument for consoles that have multiple users... what are you supposed to do if you have a brother or son that hacked his account???? so as for using your example now say your son was driving your car and ran a red light.... your not going to be liable for that he is!!!

and seriously sort it out.. gettin F*****G aggy with me, am i not allowed my personal opinion on this forum without some D*** head coming on here acting like a big shot Grow the F*** up

If you never agreed to the TOS of 3.56 then how did you play online?

Wrong. If the PS3 is yours, then you should be supervising who and how people use your PS3 and what they do.

With your example, legally, the owner of the car would have to pay. MORALLY, the son would give his dad the money. Sony and 3ARC do not operate with morals, they operate with law and agreements.

Now, if the PS3 is not yours, you should still monitor who uses it. Because if you really knew the people that use your PS3, you would know they like tinkering around with stuff, and that this would probably get the console banned from PSN.

Huge example of this: Read Steam's FAQs. One of them states that if you came and used the ol' "My dog hacked it" excuse, that it is YOUR account and YOUR responsibility, and this excuse will never work. Again, I know Steam doesn't = Sony, which is why I said example

Also, instead of complaining here, why not take some time to formulate a solution for this. Saying "my fraind haxed it it wasnot me and i got band aniwai i hait sony im goin 2 xbux lolkbai!" won't help. Tell me, how in the world of the humongous penis wart of Zeus's brother can Sony know that your PS3 wasn't hacked by you, but your friends? By you telling them? How do you prove it?

PS: I'm all for opinions. The problem is what you said isn't an opinion. Opinions cannot defy facts, and what you said defies a fact. First of all, Sony needs no reason to ban you from PSN. Second, what I said above.

You are held accountable for actions that happen on your ps3. If someone else does it, who's fault is it? Yours.
The guy in the post above me explained it better.

Just like drugs. If you're found with drugs in your house, you're held liable. No matter who's drugs they are, they were in your house. Even if lets say it is your friends.

Sorry, didn't mean to make anything offensive. Just was having a bad day then. I hate dick heads, and I didn't mean to be one =D
