I recently fell victim of the PlayStation 3 mass ban, and I frankly didn't do anything. Had no CFW or 15th Prestiged accounts.

Anyway, my KDR on PSN was ~2.xx.
I need to get used to the XBox controller, but once I am used to it again, I will be able and ready.
