So for who gets the server error message there are no way 4 now for bypass it. if u have the message "the server are not avable" it s mean u did the hack on an account where u played before.
I have another way for bypass the ban message but i think i will post it after the 3arc relase a patch for this bug.
Just watch the video x).
I know it was posted yet but it wasn t very understandable so i made this video and this tutorial for who doesn't understand xD

No it will not ban your cousin's PS3 because it says you're " console banned " and your cousin's PS3 is a different PS3. I think that the only way in which you wouldn't be able to play on your legit account would be if it said " this user has been banned from playing Black Ops "

Dotn even try this, after 15 minutes, it bans you again. So you could be in match, doing good, 1 kill away from dogs, and u get banned, it backs you out to multiplayer menu, and that game doesnt get saved. If i were you hackers, i wouldnt try any jailbreaks or downgrades, cuz you may be console banned from PSN. You never can expect wat sony will do. Like the permaban, no one expected it, but more than 50,000 got banned. no more hacking, you will be mad at result
