New things in ascension:
Nesting dolls (lots of grenades in one)
Gersch Device (Black Hole Bomb)
Zombie Space Monkeys (they steal your perks by attacking perk machines)
Lunar Landers (Jet platforms)
Stamin-Up (New perk, combo of marathon and lightweight)
PhD Flopper ("Dr. Flopper", New perk, no self damage + mini-nuke when downed)

Other facts of importance:
Map is in black and white until you turn the power on
Thunder Gun is available in box, Winters Howl is NOT
Death Machine is available
Pack-A-Punch is apparently hard to get to
New Trap, Centrifuge, kinda like flogger
All 4 original characters return (Tank, Nikolai, Takeo, Richtofen)

There is a new powerup, it looks like a bottle and gives everyone a random perk.
Also, I wasn't able to buy more than 4 perks at once.
