Tutorial:

3. Then type in the name of the map pack, "FIRST STRIKE" You must login or register to view this content.

This method has worked for me with COD4 and MW2, so i'm sure it will be the same with Black Ops.

yeah it will work, its just a major pain in the ass.

You gotta go through the whole license transfer process, and then the guy you get it from, needs to be signed into XBL on His profile any time he wants to play the maps.
