(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok. I´ve been console banned by mistake. I didn´t change anything in my PS3, I just logged in a hacked account in my clean PS3, and got console banned.

So, here´s a tut for everyone who has been console banned by mistake.

1. Call Activision XXX (XXX is your country)
2. Tell the activision agent all story.
3. He/she will give you a claim reference number
4. Send a private message to JD_2020 with that reference number and tell him that you want to make a formal complaint against Treyarch because of the fact of having been banned from BO servers unfairly.
5. If you are lucky you will receive a private message telling you how´s your PS3 MAC address.
6. Send it and 2 days before you will be unbanned.

Please, don´t complain, cauz it worked for me.

OF COURSE, THIS IS ONLY FOR FAIR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN UNFAIRLY BANNED, SO DON´T TRY IT IF YOU HAVE USED ANY HACKS

I´m not asking for REP, so please, DON´T +REP ME!! I´M JUST TRYING TO HELP YOU

So in your case, you won't get unbanned. Even if you didn't have the hacked account on your ps3 there is an extremely high chance that you won't get unbanned. Even if you were to complain to a thousand different people. The only way I could see you getting unbanned is getting the ps3 data that was sent to Sony at that time (they should have a list of all accounts on the ps3 and other data) and have them relay that info to treyarch.

I'm gonna say that the ps3 was not banned when you bought it. In fact, I'm pretty sure you caused the ban and are trying to get some comfort out of telling people you bought a banned ps3. Unless you bought it from a friend and they didn't tell you it was banned but I'm sure that is not the case. Anyhow, Gamestop is aware of this and wouldn't sell you a banned Black Ops ps3. So either someone lied to you, or Gamestop did something they shouldn't have, or your lying.

Im in the UK and we dont have gamestop over here, plus wtf would you know, your not the person that went out and brought a pre-owned console to find it banned, the only reason i brought another console is because my ps3 phat died on me.

Im not looking for comfort, im looking for a solution.

Stop jumping to conclusions and **** off.

If you bought a banned system, take it back for a refund or exchange Facepalm

I tried and GAME (Uk store) told me they cannot exchange or issue a refund as there is no actual fault with the system itself

Thats bullshit mate, take it to them and tell them that you will go to trading standards as they sold you a non fully working console as though it was a fully functional console.

They didnt sell me a non fully working console though, the console is fully working its just banned from playing a game how are they going to look at that as a fault.

I will get Trading Standards involved once i finish my email support with Sony as im trying to get them to give me a refurb, due to GAME already refusing a refund/replacement.

Well any store that sells a pre-owed system should know about the black ops bans and shouldn't have sold it to you. So its their fault for not checking and your fault for not asking. And wow, telling me to **** off when I'm just stating the obvious. I'm not the retard who bought a banned ps3. Argument over.

It's impossible to get console banned by just hacking one account.
You can only get console banned if you used the exploit on multiple accounts linked to your Playstation 3.

Not trying to be rude or anything, but, you probably did hack on multiple accounts, & that's why you got console banned.

I did the hack on ONE of my accounts, only one, & that's the only account that got banned on my Playstation 3, my brother didn't get banned, my dad didn't get banned, none of my three alternate accounts got banned, either.
