Yes, Treyarch banned alot of peops on the PSN. (including me). Please dont complain if you did hack. If you were unfairly banned, then complain as much as you want. Its getting really annoying of people ranting of, "I got banned an all I had was CFW. Well, then you were deserved to be banned for breaching the Terms and Conditions. Also if you used a 15th pre account. Just stop ranting and if you miss your Black Ops, Get a new concle(which I am going to do). I had a 15th account which I did not hack and I didnt know they were going to pull the banhammer
