ok i have 2 ps3s for my own use one had ylod when i got a new one i fixed it so i had 2
one is not banned and the other is!
ok so heres the call
Them: Hello thank you for calling blah blah
Me: Yes im calling about my console banned from BO
Them: What would you like to know
Me: How to unban it
Them: Im sorry i am not allowed to unban you have you ever used CFW or Modded black ops in any way at all
Me: Yes i installed CFW and i did not hack bo
Them: Well it is against the tos to mod your ps3 so we cannot help you
Me: Well basicly this is like a bike they cost the same so if my bike isnt running smooth and is getting pretty rusty where does it say i cant put in a new wheel to make it run better the new wheel being CFW so why cant i ?
Them: CFW Enables piracy and everyone loses in this way
Me: But if you ban me i dont fully own my console basicly yous are taking my console which i paid for and depriving me its features
At this point the dude knew what i was saying and kind of got annoyed
Them: sir i get where your coming from but you modded your system theres nothing i ccan do for you

hope they use the call in their training servicesi also rung xtra vision in ireland and said i bought the ps3 and would like to get a new one as it got banned when i bought it he told me to come on down and he will replace it with a brand new xbox lol!

They have little info about it. quit trying, there is never gonna be a nother homebrew, cuz sony will put out a patch, and they will detect it. You will be even more severely punished, maybe PSN banned. So dont try. Trade in your ps3 for store credit, and go buy a new or used one that isnt banned.
