According to Josh Olin, the Double XP Weekend will start on Friday February 4th, 2011 t 10 PST (3 PM EST) and ending on Monday morning (February 7th, 2011) for ALL PLATFORMS.

You are 5 hours ahead of EST ( eastern time )
So if it starts at 3PM on the east coast of the US it should start at at 8PM in the UK ( GMT London ) If they turn the switch on everywhere at the same time.
