Thank you for contacting Activision. With respect to your inquiry, please note that Bans for hacking, cheating or other behavior that violates the terms of service are final and will not be discussed. Activision Customer Support will not be able to reverse any ban on your account.

What you might try doing is searching the forums for possible solutions and/or try contacting any of the forum moderators.

Hello there, it seems I have been banned from black ops for some time now. All I want to ask is how do i get unbanned? my mate came to my house and he hacked my Black ops and i deleted everything on the PS3 system and it says im console banned. Why's this? i have got rid of my hacks and I still can't access Black Ops online it says I'm console banned so could you plz unban me from Black Ops?

It appears i have been " console banned " iv'e done some research and under the DMCA 2000

The Digital Multimedia Act of 2000 states that you cannot ban system from a game. You can only ban the account that has been hacked or exploited. Stopping someone from playing a game that they payed for and deserve to play is not legal..

They are not going to do anything regarding the Bans so don't expect anything and for people who modified it like through FTP like me we are banned forever :n: unless a hacker finds a way to bypass this permanently!!
