It's caused by lag dumbass /facepalm
There is many videos of it for example.. sometimes you don't get hitmarkers, sometimes you can get hitmarkers but no death.

Glitch not a hack. Sorry bud. It happens after host migration. Also could happen with MAJOR lag.
Lol happened to me once in a SnD match. 5v1 (Team lagged out because host on other team left) and it was 3-3 they had planted the bomb too. Lol they was pissed after the match. They reported me... Thus I got account banned on my first account. (two more got banned after prestige hack came out and now i'm console banned)
