This console has been permanently banned from playing on the call of duty black ops servers for more information please
visit [ callofduty.com/blackops/help. ] So I'M suing you for banning me without giving me a reason why i got banned in the first place and i have research that if i didn't break your rules on the game which i didn't but i still got banned Treyarch u have 1 week to reply or email [email][email protected][/email] back to me or I see u in court.
DMCA 2000 No Console bans from games
The Digital Multimedia Act of 200 states that you cannot ban system from a game. You can only ban the account that has been hacked or exploited. Stopping someone from playing a game that they payed for and deserve to play is not legal..
"Video games accessible on personal computers and protected by technological protection measures that control access to lawfully obtained works, when circumvention is accomplished solely for the purpose of good faith testing for, investigating, or correcting security flaws or vulnerabilities, if:
The information derived from the security testing is used primarily to promote the security of the owner or operator of a computer, computer system, or computer network; and
The information derived from the security testing is used or maintained in a manner that does not facilitate copyright infringement or a violation of applicable law."

This is being taken into new hands and the issue will be addressed quickly. I will agree that hacking should not be tolerated. But you cannot stop us from playing this game if it has been bought.
If they had of concentrated on fully finishing the game instead of allowing Activision to rush them, they would have been able to make the game unable to be hacked!

But it Says "No Console bans[/u] from games.. You can only The ban Account[/b] that has been hacked or exploited."
:carling: so since it does say No "Console Bans" then when i go on it should say 890popbox is Ban for 32h or something instead of This console Has Been ban[/u][/b]

You obviously didn't do much research.
"No console bans from games". Pretty much summarizes the act, right? Well, they didn't console ban you from the game. They console banned you from the Black Ops servers. You can still play freely in solo zombies or campaign.
Try calling them for an explanation as to why you were banned. You most likely deserved it though, as did everyone else that was console banned (including myself).
