yh your more likely to get banned just for staying on version 3.55 even if you didnt do the prestige hack online. For bypassing v3.56 and they catch you i believe you get a ip ban for however long :S

dont worry buddy! your not going to get sued bro thousands and thousands people have done exactly the same and there not going to do that to each and everyone of you. I get a different error message.. I got banned.. I bypassed it.. I heard some kids with mics online saying "look hacker..im reporting him" after a few more games online.. I got kicked back to the multiplayer screen and a message came up "servers are not available".. So now i cant bypass that account as the ban message doesnt appear.. So the bypass doesnt work for me.. therefore I just made a new account and bypass work on my new account..

So am not sure what gayarch are upto.. banning everyone on the PS3.

And regarding your friend getting sued for bypassing the ban is BS. Activision and gayarch would never waste a penny going aroung suing any tom. dick and harry who bypass the ban.
