Wrong. Considering we were all banned BEFORE the release of the PS3 maps were released. On top of that they reserve all rights to ban any system or console violating their TOS.

Everyone saying they are going to court, maybe they are. But I assure you Treyarch will win. They have more money, and honestly, they appear to be in the right. If you violate their TOS, they can ban the account for sure. Weather or not banning the whole entire system is legal well, who knows. You did violate the TOS, but others users on the system probably didn't violate the TOS.

Pretty funny but I wouldn't unban a guy that sounds like that....I doubt many people got banned for "no reason"...Hell most people that hacked don't think they got banned for any reason.

For multiplayer only? Yes, that's true, but you aren't banned from multiplayer. You are banned from the servers, you can still do splitscreen and LAN.
