if you edit the eboot.bin then yeah you can set the player stats but youd have to edit it yourself and there isnt many people who can edit them so easily yet. i think you have to get the eboot.bin and open it in a hex editor like the as a self or elf file although i think black ops eboot is an npdrm self and i dont think there are many people on this forum who know how to yet im guessing?
