If I were to buy a new PS3, could I use any of my legit accounts on the new PS3, or can they track it back to the hacked PS3 and ban my new PS3? If anybody has done this or has an official confirmed source then let me know.

Well after I got banned I tried getting on my legit account just to make sure it wasn't just one user account and it gave me the ban message. Does that make a difference?
