(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello,

I have tried literally everything( INCLUDING the latest tutorial in this section),
My PS3 is assigned a static IP, I've enabled DMZ on it,
All the ports given in the tutorial are open, UpNp is enabled, but still the NAT type is always moderate! All firewalls etc. Are off too! * I have tried BOTH wired and wireless *

I use Linksys WRT54G wireless router. ( I'm assigned a static IP from the service provider so my router is on static IP too)

Also , in my other room my brother's internet from the same service provider , same type of router, same settings, gives NAT type Open! Can someone explain me what seems to be the problem with my ps3/router/connection?

Do I really need to do that I mean there isn't anything else I can do?
Maybe there is a fault in the router?

LATEST :

Ok I need help guys, this is what I figured out.

Both my routers( Different internet plans from the SAME service provider)

Router 1 : Static IP assigned from service provider 172.19.5.94[ its OPEN ]
Router 2 : Static IP assigned from service provider 172.19.5.121 [ its MODERATE]

One thing I figured out , with the SAME EXISTING settings, if i put Router 1's static IP on the Router 2, it says OPEN! Means it's something to do with the IP address assigned, can anyone help me what might be the problem...or what EXACTLY can I tell the service provider????

Have you tried rebooting your router, then turning on your PS3 then configuring the network settings on the PS3.
But try doing it with few items connected to the Internet on the router, if possible just have the PS3 connected to the router when rebooting and configuring the PS3.

I have tried everything, It even says OPEN when I use my other router's IP address, but when I change it back to the IP which has been assigned to this router, it becomes moderate again , with all the same settings.
