Remember. There is not that many PermBans on XBox, so they wont loss so much money by not unbanning. But, Ps3 got nearly 50.000! Thats alot of money they loose.

Your kidding, there is a crazy amount of ban's per day xbl. not everything is bo related, but it is a huge contributor.
